A Home Health Aide/Caregiver provides assistance and support to individuals who are unable to care for themselves due to physical limitations or medical conditions. This role involves helping with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. Home Health Aides/Caregivers may also provide companionship and emotional support to their clients, helping to improve their overall quality of life.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Certification as a Home Health Aide or relevant caregiver training
- Prior experience in caregiving or a related field (preferred)
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients
- Physical stamina to assist with lifting and transferring clients if needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required
